About me

Bingi Conny.
Digital marketing
strategist in Dubai.

Performance marketing and SEO for businesses that want to see exactly where their leads come from.

Swagia is the name I work under, but there is no agency standing behind it. You deal with me directly, and the person who plans the work is the person who runs it.

I did not start in marketing. I started in healthcare and public health, running community health campaigns for a hospital: deciding which message would reach which group of people, choosing where to place it, then finding out whether anyone had actually responded. At the time I called it outreach. It was marketing in every respect except the job title.

Health communication does not tolerate vagueness — an unclear message is not a soft metric, it is somebody who did not come in for a screening. So I learned to write so a single reading is enough, and to report so the reader can tell the difference between what happened and what I hoped would happen.

What struck me when I moved into digital marketing in Dubai was how much of the industry runs on numbers that cannot hurt anybody: likes, impressions, reach, raw click volume. So I specialised — paid media and SEO, with lead reporting a client can audit line by line, ad accounts structured so spend is legible instead of pooled into one anonymous campaign, and copy written to convert rather than to fill space.

That work has run across luxury and real estate brokerages, travel, beauty e-commerce, aesthetic clinics and local service businesses — including Prima Luxury Real Estate, SFS International Real Estate, Homeland Travel Agency, Gloss Boss and Auto Phoenix. What each engagement involved is written up in client work.

What I do

My Areas
of Expertise

Four areas, deliberately connected rather than sold as four separate products. Most engagements use two or three of them; the scope of each is written out in services.

/01

Performance Marketing

Meta · Google · TikTok

Paid advertising built so the money stays traceable from the click through to the enquiry. That means an ad account with a deliberate structure — campaigns and ad sets separated by intent, audience and offer — and conversion tracking that survives contact with reality. I lean on server-side and Conversions API tracking, because browser pixel events get dropped by tracking prevention and ad blockers, which quietly starves the algorithm and understates what you earned. Where the sales conversation happens on WhatsApp, as it so often does here, campaigns are built to route and count those conversations.

SEO & Organic Growth

Technical · on-page · internal linking

Search work aimed at the phrases typed by people who have already decided to buy something, rather than the phrases with the biggest volume. It starts with a technical pass — crawling, indexing, speed, site structure — because publishing into a site search engines struggle to read wastes everything that comes after it. Then keyword-to-page mapping so your own pages stop competing with each other, on-page rewriting against what the results page shows searchers actually want, and internal linking that pushes relevance toward the pages you most need to rank.

Content Marketing

Written by me, not briefed out

Content that has a job to do. Every page, article and landing page is written against a specific search or a specific stage of the buying decision, which is the difference between a content programme and a blog producing posts nobody went looking for. In practice that has meant service and location pages for brokerages, visa and destination pages for travel, and campaign copy that carries the same promise the ad made — because the fastest way to waste a paid click is to send it somewhere that changes the subject.

Email Marketing & Automation

Flows, segmentation, follow-up

The shortest distance between work and result, because the audience already exists and you already own it. Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase and re-engagement flows; segmentation so a list stops being treated as one undifferentiated block; and follow-up sequences for the enquiries that arrived through ads or search but were not ready to buy on the first visit. It also gives you something no advertising platform ever will — a channel that keeps producing when the media budget is paused.

What Guides
My Work

Four principles decide how a plan gets built — and mark the four places I am most likely to disagree with a brief.

/01Strategy FirstThe first question is never which channel. It is what you sell, at what margin, how long the decision takes, and what a customer is worth once you have them.
/02Measure, Then SpendWhich numbers define success and where each one is sourced gets agreed before spend starts — not afterwards, when they can be chosen to flatter whoever picked them.
/03One SystemPaid, organic, content and email are one system or they are four arguments. Fewer channels sharing an audience, a message and a definition of success beats more that contradict each other.
/04The Long GameSome tactics buy a good month and cost you the year. I plan against where a business wants to be in a year, and say so out loud when a shortcut is being presented as a strategy.
Working together

What It Is Like
to Work With Me

Most of the friction in marketing relationships comes from things nobody agreed in advance: how often you hear from someone, who owns what, and what happens when results disappoint.

Planning cards arranged on a wall while mapping out a campaign
CadenceWeekly updates, monthly reportingA weekly optimisation update covering what changed in the accounts and why, a monthly performance report written in plain language, and a monthly strategy call where we decide together what the next cycle looks like. On a schedule, not on request.
Weekly & monthly
AccessReasoning, not verdictsThere is no account manager relaying your question to whoever is actually doing the work, because nobody else is doing the work. You understand your customers, your margins and your operational limits better than I ever will, so I bring reasoning rather than verdicts and expect to be argued with.

CandourThe uncomfortable version, earlyIf something is not going to work, you hear it before it gets built rather than after it has eaten a quarter of the budget. That includes telling you when a service I sell is the wrong answer, and when the honest recommendation is to switch off something on my own invoice.
Always
OwnershipYour accounts stay yoursAd accounts, Google Ads manager accounts, GA4 properties, tag containers and creative assets are set up in your name and stay in your name — I work through partner access. If we stop working together, nothing has to be rebuilt and no data is held hostage.
Yours
TermsThree months, then no lock-inA flat monthly retainer rather than a percentage of your media spend, so my incentive is never to talk you into spending more: $2,500 a month for the Starter scope and $4,500 for Advanced, with larger scopes quoted after a conversation. Advertising budget and third-party software are separate and paid by you, into your own accounts. Current scopes are on pricing.

Who I Work
Best With

Businesses that want traceable enquiries
Owners who would rather see the leads and conversations they can audit line by line than a chart of impressions that is under no obligation to become a sale.
UAE and GCC brands in a few familiar sectors
Real estate and brokerage, travel, beauty and e-commerce, aesthetic clinics and local service businesses.
Teams ready to commit three months or more
Three months is roughly when the first cycle of decisions starts showing up in results, so it is the minimum I recommend. There is no long-term lock-in beyond it and no notice period designed to make leaving awkward.
Companies willing to open up what already exists
Access to analytics, ad accounts and past reporting, so the starting point is the real one rather than a description of it.
Where I am not the right fit
Anyone looking for guaranteed rankings or a guaranteed return on ad spend — nobody outside the platforms can promise either. Anyone shopping purely for the cheapest bid management, where the fee is the only criterion. Businesses that want to hand marketing over completely and never open a report. And single-month projects that have to justify themselves before anything has settled.
