Common
questions
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Every engagement is a flat monthly fee, so what I recommend you spend is never tied to what I earn. Fees also exclude ad spend itself and any third-party software such as analytics or email platforms.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months is what I recommend — roughly what it takes to implement, test and optimise before the numbers mean anything. After that there is no long-term lock-in.
What if my scope does not fit a package?
Then it gets quoted on its own. Indicative monthly ranges: SEO $2,500–$7,500; paid media $3,000–$15,000+ depending on how much ad spend is being managed; content $1,500–$5,000; email $1,000–$3,000; strategy and consulting $2,000–$5,000 or project-based.
How much ad spend should I budget?
As working guidance for the UAE and the wider GCC, campaigns generally need around $5,000 a month in media for the platforms' algorithms to gather enough data to learn from. Less is workable — it simply takes longer before the results can be read with any confidence.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do, from day one: the Meta and Google accounts, GA4, the tag manager container and the creative. I work through partner access, so nothing leaves with me when an engagement ends.
Can I start with one service rather than everything?
Yes, and most people do. Starting with one or two services and adding channels once the first is producing something worth scaling is usually the cheaper route.
