Privacy Policy
I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting the personal data you provide during consultation enquiries or interactions with this site, under UAE data protection law.

Who This Policy
Is About
Swagia is not a company with departments. It is one person, and that person reads your enquiry.
Swagia is the working name of Bingi Conny, an independent digital marketing strategist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. There is no agency, no parent company and no shared inbox — I am the sole practitioner behind the brand and the only person who handles what you send. This policy covers the website at swagia.cloud and any enquiry made through it.
It is written to be read rather than to be defensible. If something here is unclear, ask me directly and I will explain it in plain language.
What I Collect
and Why
Only what you deliberately send me, plus the ordinary technical record any web server keeps.
The enquiry form
The form on contact does not submit to a database. It composes the details into a message and opens your own mail application with them filled in, so nothing is stored on this site and nothing is sent until you press send in your own email client. The fields are your name, your email address, your company and website, which service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message. All of it reaches me as an ordinary email.
The free tools
The calculators and planners under free tools run entirely in your browser. The figures you type are worked out on your own device and, for the tools that remember your last session, saved in that browser's local storage so a reload does not wipe your inputs. Nothing you enter into a tool is transmitted to me or to anyone else. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Server logs
The web server that delivers these pages keeps a standard access log: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser user agent. That log exists to keep the site running and to investigate errors and abuse. It is not joined to enquiry data and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
As this site is published, it sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and embeds nothing from a third party. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than fetched from a font provider as you browse. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. If I ever add analytics, this page will say so before it goes live.
How It Is Used,
and Who Sees It
Your details exist so that I can answer you. They are not a mailing list and they are not an asset to be traded.
Why I hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to have the conversation that follows, and — if we go on to work together — to run the engagement and invoice for it. I do not add enquiries to a newsletter or a remarketing audience. If I ever want to send you something you did not ask for, I will ask first.
Who else can see it
- My email provider, because that is how the message reaches me and how I reply.
- The hosting provider that serves this site, which holds the access logs described above.
- Nobody else. I do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and I do not pass enquiry details to other suppliers looking for work.
Client account access
During an engagement I usually work inside accounts that belong to you — advertising platforms, analytics properties and tag containers — through partner or delegated access rather than by taking ownership of them. What I see in there is used for your work and nothing else. Spend figures, account data and anything strategic stay between you and me, under a mutual non-disclosure agreement if you would rather have one in place first.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back, then deleted. Records tied to paid work — contracts, invoices and the correspondence behind them — are kept for as long as UAE tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask for deletion at any point, and anything not legally required to be retained will go.
Your Rights and
How to Use Them
One email is the whole process. There is no form to fill in and no ticket queue to escalate through.
- Ask what personal data of yours I hold, and get a copy of it.
- Ask me to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask me to delete it, subject to records I am legally required to keep.
- Ask me to stop using it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.
- Ask how it is handled, and get a straight answer rather than a policy link.
Send any of those requests to contact@swagia.cloud. I handle them myself, so say what you want in ordinary words — no particular form of wording is needed. I may need to confirm you are who you say you are before releasing or deleting anything.
Children
This site sells business-to-business services and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If how the site handles data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions; if a change matters to an engagement you are in, I will tell you rather than expect you to notice it here.
